Property Insurance Centre is a leading local insurance broker that is embarking on a period of growth.
Role
- You will be part of a small renewals department & required to service calls from existing customers who wish to enquire about their personal and commercial insurance policies. You will be required to thoroughly explain what is covered by their product, along with any significant exclusions when inviting renewals & renewing policies.
- You must liaise with the insurance companies by telephone and email to obtain customer renewals and send to the customer in a timely manner as regulatory requirements.
- A key requirement of this role will require you to demonstrate an extremely high standard of customer care over the telephone. Retention of customers is key so as a result you will be expected to deliver outstanding service on all interactions. This will include promptly responding to customer enquiries about their renewal via phone or email.
Requirements
To succeed in this role you must have prior experience working in an insurance broker and be either Cert CII qualified or be in the process of working towards the Certificate.
It will be essential that you have excellent verbal and written communication skills in conjunction with being proficient in computer usage. You will have prior experience working with Open GI software. You will come from a multi skilled insurance background with experience across home, motor, travel, commercial etc.
You must also be self-motivated, with an ability to work well in a team under minimal supervision while still delivering results.
